I've been there for most of this. I was one of BME's original members. I left the site a few months ago, but was right there for the fore-front of all the advancements that have been worked up.
Anyway, here's a great video. I believe it's a trailer for a documentary in the works. Credit goes to Missy for finding this, even if she doesn't have time to post it ;)
