I can't believe I haven't posted this yet. Well, maybe you've seen some of the foriegn music videos that have been 'Buffalaxed" before...Basically, it's not a translation, it's what the song sounds like if you phoenetically compare it to English.
This one is, by FAR, the best. Not only because it really does sound like what they're saying, it's FUNNY, and the video itself has so many WTF moments in its natural state, it's like a train wreck. This is one of my all-time favorite internet videos.

Sewer Geyser

I didn't film this, but I added the audio. I feel so bad for this guy.

Apparently, sewers can back up so bad in heavy rains, that manholes can turn into geysers like this. The problem is when they blow the metal covers twenty feet in the air and they land on cars. You can actually see this poor guy's car stop VERY suddenly. Yikes!

It must be embaressing to be a major news reporter, interviewing a famous stoner, and getting completely schooled by him. Rock.

Here's a great series of clips from the Canadian version of Funniest Home Videos. It's a bunch of animals humping. There's no way to say that gracefully.

Dschinghis Khan

This is a German pop band from the late 70's called Dschinghis Khan. This is their hit song, "Moskau." The subtitles you read are what it sounds like they are saying in english, not the actual German.

Trading Spouses

I hate reality shows. That said, this one episode is an absolute gem. They put a mother who's a close minded obsessive Christian (the bad kind) in a family who were "new age." The father had a radio show where he talked about reading fortunes (the co-host was gay and it really freaked her out). She refused to even listen to anything they ever said.

At the end of the show, when she returned to her family (who loved the open minded and kind mother from the new age family), she had a break down and freaked out. It was one of the funniest TV moments ever. The ending is the funniest part, too.
