Here's a Japanese commercial for New Super Mario Bros for the Nintendo DS (great game, by the way). I can't help but be amused at the sounds the girl makes while jumping. "beyun! beyun!"

Marching Band

I've seen a lot of people cover video game music, but I've never seen a half-time marching band do it with movements like these. Really creative!

Japanese commercial

I'm really starting to like the video game commercials from Japan. I don't think we even get ones like this in the US.

Tetris

Japan and their game shows. Wow. I love the really big guy! :)

Halo 3

Halo 3 was a big success, sale-wise, in the US. In Korea? Who knows. I like the commercials for it, though.

It starts out normal enough. Then Master Chief starts punching a dinosaur statue and dancing on the subway.

The Legend of Zelda

Why don't we get Zelda commercials like this? No fair!

Where have I been?

I've been playing my Wii and DS a lot. Tiger Woods '08 on the Wii and Zelda on the DS. Rock.

Wii Sports

Wii Sports has to be one of the best video games I've played in my life. It's pure fun. I really like the golf on it, too.

Obviously, the game was translated into different languages. This video is the German one. I've never gotten a hole in one on my English copy, but it sure doesn't say this!!

Resident Evil 2

I got a huge kick out of this. Some Japanese kid is playing Resident Evil 2 (BioHazard 2, over there) and not only did they record the gameplay, but the players voice as well. It's subtitled, so you won't miss any of the hilarity :)

Zelda Piano

One of Nintendo's most popular series has been The Legend of Zelda. I'm a big fan, myself, even having the Triforce branded into my forearm. In my opinion, this series has some of the best music of any video game series to date. I'm not alone in this thought. Here's a guy who took the time to learn to play several songs on the piano.
